Acceptance of Self

This essence opens you up to the acceptance of who you are in the fullest sense. You begin to see yourself as the shining being of light you really are, vividly protrayed in the image above, and you see your beauty reflected back by everything around you. Yet the image also indicates all the facets of self that are you - your other selves, other existences. For this is acceptance on a soul level, for the full total of who you are - thus 'past lives' step forward to be honoured.

This essence leads you to a point of understanding your gifts, and allows you to make the commitment to access your full capabilities. You affirm who you are, via what you want and what you can do. This essence allows you to really see yourself, and brings self-belief, as you cannot disbelieve what you truly see.

As you use this essence, you can see yourself reflected off each surface of light, and the image grows to the unique shape which is your soul, the summation of cosmic light which is you.
