ORIGIN OF THE ESSENCES These five sets of inspirational essences were created over the period from February 2003 until March 2006. Their energies span the Universe - from the oceans and land of the Earth to the far reaches of the cosmos in time and space. Two essences are crystals and were made by the sunprint method: placing the stone in spring water in the sunlight and allowing its energy to infuse into the water. All the others were made under spirit guidance via a process of 'attunement' - linking to the energy being offered and channelling it into the water. Now read more about each set of essences...
