Essence Details

Each essence comes in a 30ml amber bottle with a tamper-evident pipette top. Each is made by adding two drops of the mother essence to 15ml of spring water from Llanllyr Source in Wales, and then 15ml of Guy Pinard organic brandy is added as a preservative.

This dilution is known as a stock essence. This can be taken directly if required (perhaps for short-term use), but to make the bottle last, a dosage bottle can be made up. General instructions for this are given on the bottles, and the suggestion is to take four drops of the stock essence, and adding it to a mixture of four parts water to one part alcohol in a fresh 30ml bottle.

A useful dosage guide is to take one or two drops of essence once or twice a day, but this is a personal choice - always be guided by your intuition, for this is the level that essences can communicate directly with you.
